I started my weight loss journey because I was exhausted — physically and mentally. No motivation, felt completely addicted to food, and I was tired of the physical toll weight gain had taken on my body.
When I turned to social media for help, all I found was toxic diet culture and crash diets. I knew there had to be a better way.

My first workout, I could only do 10 minutes on the treadmill. But I realized — that was the most intentional exercise I'd gotten in years. And that was something to be proud of.
